Short run down to Pollfossen. Corsican style.

Lower Bøvra

Some carnage. A surprise hole. Fun run. The waterfall is about a km after the bridge. The gorge should be sweet to paddle.

Waterlevel: 1.12 - 1.15 (Good for the upper, low for the lower)

Ula x 2

Did the Ula slides and waterfall combo. The curler before the waterfall is charged with a left boof stroke.

Continuous fun. Some bigger holes. Read and run.

Waterlevel: 1.44 (medium- high)

Upper Myrkedalselva

Got out of the river after about a km. Too much water.

Lower Strandelva

Nice 3-4 meter waterfall at the beginning. Last rapid, Kåre, is interesting.

Brandseth - competition run

Short, but excellent run.

Waterlevel: Low

Tysselva

Beautiful surroundings. Grade 3-4 stuff. Nice boulder garden. Lots of flat water and long portages, especially towards the end. Last portage is best done on the left side.

Jordalselvi

Very nice river in beautiful surroundings. Cool and easy 4 m drop. Everything's paddlable.

Nedre Austbygdåi

Fun fun fun. Sunshine paddling. Delicious burger at Statoil.

Urula

Waterlevel: 14 cumecs

Olma

Really fun river in suburbia of Oppdal. Contineous grade 4 rapids at the end. Small trees could be seen. Scouting needed.

Hauka

Sweet river. Small pool-drops. Only two scoutings. Horribly hard to walk up from the river to the cars.

Upper Ena

Paddled at high waterlevel. Get-out by the brigde before the toll road. Lots of carnage. Bunch of paddlers.

Paddled at 75 cumecs. Lots of scouting. 2 portages. Might be better at lower levels. Arild has paddled it 55 cumecs, making some holes more friendly.

Paddled at 40 cumics. Lots of fun rapids / slides. Portaged waterfall at the end of the run. Sweet run and a beautiful day.
